Industrial Laminates are manufactured by laying thin Sheets of resin impregnated materials upon each other and curing the assembly between steel plates in a hydraulic press under high press under high pressure and temperature.
The industrial laminates supplied by us, are technical products and are designed for technical applications. They are produced in dozens of commercial grades and with various additives to meet diverse mechanical, electrical and thermal requirements.
The electrical, electronic, telecommunication & aerospace industry use our Paper Phenolic and glass melamine laminates to fabricate punched or machined insulating components in various shapes and sizes for almost any insulating application.
Moreover, our Fabric Phenolic grades combine the toughness of metal with the ease of fabrication of wood for mechanical parts in almost every process industry. They are extensively used in the textile industry for making Silent Gears, Shuttles etc.

Used for Electrical Insulation purpose & can be provided in various ID's /OD's and length (upto 1000 mm) as per customer’s requirement.
Fibre Glass Epoxy Sheets
We can provide fibre glass epoxy sheets that are highly effective and reliable in usage. There are two forms of epoxy sheet:
- Epoxy glass cloth laminated sheets as per NEMA FR-4 Grade
- Epoxy glass cloth laminated sheets as per IS:10192, EP-III Grade
These sheets posses extra of anti –fire properties besides the properties EP-III posseses. These sheets are made of electrical alkali-free glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin by processing under pressure and heat. Our fibre glass epoxy sheets have high mechanical properties at medium humidity and good dielectric stability at high humidity. They are applied to the mechanical lines, electron lines and electrical appliance lines.
